Our Online Remote Support service allows our customers to receive fast, accurate and punctual service and/or technical assistance from our technical support team directly through their computer screen.
👉 This program does not require installation or verification from the administrator — simply install and then give the ID provided to our technical support team.
1. “First, please apply for the Remote Control service using our shout channel.”

2. Download TeamViewer.
(Click download to install the program for Windows.)
3. Open the downloaded file (TeamViewerQS-idc65bxz66.exe), then click run.
(This will appear at the bottom of your screen or in your Download folder.)
4. An ID will be provided, e.g., 1 987 654 321.
(You have to give this ID to our technical support team.)
